With the rise of AI, It is believed that organizations like Neuralink (Elon Musk’s brain-chip company) are just the beginning of human-AI integration. This kind of technology could suggest secret programs already be working on cyborg (cybernetic organism) enhancements, to make humans more machine-like.


Many of these ideas remain as speculation, but history has shown that classified projects do exist example the Manhattan Project (atomic bomb development) and MK Ultra (mind control experiments).
